Working with PatientJoin is designed to be simple, stress-free, and effective. Our 4-step process makes it easy to understand what’s happening at each stage, while keeping us on track to deliver real results. From the first conversation to ongoing monthly check-ins, you’ll always know where things stand and how your practice is growing.

STEP 01

Listen & Learn

This is the first and in some cases, most important step. We get to know you, your practice, your staff, your pain points, what you've done in the past to market your practice, what's worked, and what hasn't. This discovery phase is critical to getting your new marketing efforts off on the right foot.

Initially, we'll start with a short 30-minute video conference or phone call to discuss your needs and goals. From there, we'll put together a comprehensive plan to gather all the data points we'll need to create an effective growth strategy.

​

We'll engage in short interviews with key staff members, talk with current patients, create questionnaires, do surveys and research work, and build a foundation for successful practice growth.

STEP 02

Plan for Growth

Once we've gathered all the discovery and research data together, we'll begin the process of creating your custom growth plan.

Your strategic growth plan will be individual to YOUR practice; no cookie-cutter shortcuts here. Each practice is unique and requires different strategies and tactics to find growth success.

​

We want to understand your audience, what they care about, where they are, what their individual needs are, etc., so we can position your practice to be there when they're ready. Knowing who your ideal patient is makes our marketing strategy much more effective.

​

We'll collaboratively discuss the different media channels we want to use to reach those paitents (social media, paid and earned media, Google Ads, banner ads, email, print ads, billboards, radio, video, etc.), and how best to maximize your budget to achieve the best R.O.I. and start your practice on a path to success.

Have multiple locations? Heavily vested in your local community? Have special communication and marketing needs? This is where we'll address all the variables to YOUR unique practice and customize a plan that works best for you.

Launch the Plan

Once your custom growth plan is in place, we handle everything needed to bring it to life. Our team takes care of the heavy lifting — from capturing professional photos and video that showcase your practice, physicians, providers, etc., to designing eye-catching digital and social media ads that get noticed. We set up and manage Google Ads campaigns so patients can find you when they search online, while also building trackable content like call tracking numbers and website cookies to measure every response accurately.

Beyond digital, we make sure your message reaches patients through multiple channels. This can include email campaigns to keep your patients informed and engaged, print materials like brochures or postcards for your community, and even traditional advertising when it makes sense for your market. Every piece is designed to work together, ensuring your practice stays visible and memorable.

Along with your dashboard, we also schedule monthly check-ins to review results together, answer your questions, and discuss next steps.
