We start by learning about your goals, specialty, location, and competitive landscape. From there, we recommend a tier — and customize it — so you’re investing in what will make the biggest impact for YOUR practice.

What if we don't need all the elements in one of PatientJoin's plans?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem. We start with these plans to make it easy for most practices based upon what we've learned by working with healthcare organizations over the years. That said, we always tailor the plan to fit the practice, not the other way around. So if something needs to be removed or added, it's not a problem and it's something we discuss during the discovery phase. You'll never pay for a service or feature that you don't need or use.

Can a smaller or newer practice really see results?

Yes. Even smaller practices can see meaningful growth with a focused plan. The key is prioritizing and investing in the right channels (i.e. going after the low hanging fruit) and building momentum over time, rather than trying to do everything at once.

Question 4

What if we don't need one of your plans, but want other marketing help like website design, brochure/flyer design, signage help, video and photo creation, etc.?

We've got you covered. We created the 3 plans to help practices make a simple choice when starting their marketing journey, but we also realize practices have needs outside of our plans. To that end, we're a full-service marketing firm that can produce all manner of marketing and advertising materials. Need a 30-second tv commercial to run locally? No problem. Is your current website looking like it was created in 2005? We can help. Need some tri-fold brochures you can hand out to patients regarding offerings, services, etc.? Done. Just let us know what you need and we'll discuss the best way to make that happen.

Does PatientJoin require a contract or subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but terms are minimal and only in place to ensure we have the appropriate time to set a solid foundation for you growth. Starter, Growth and All-In plans do require a 6-month contract, but that's only due to the fact that some of the tactics and strategies we employ in those plans take a bit longer to realize a return. After 6-months we'd transition to a month-to-month model that you can walk away from at anytime. In the end, we want you to be satisfied with your decision to work with us, and seeing solid results is the best way to achieve that.

How do you handle billing?

We're flexible as far as billing is concerned. You can cut a monthly check, credit card transaction, or even certain payment apps. Let us know what works best for you and I'm sure we can accomodate!

We focus on real outcomes like phone calls, appointment requests, form submissions, and website engagement — not vanity metrics. You’ll always know how your marketing is contributing to patient growth.

No. We handle the planning, execution, content creation, and ongoing management. We check in regularly, but our goal is to minimize the time and effort required from your team.

We typically recommend allowing a few months to fully evaluate performance and optimize for long-term growth. Also, your campaigns are not fire and forget...we're continually optimizing your content to deliver the best ROI.
