Helping to connect patients to the care they need is a large part of what we do. Making sure to communicate with those patients at the right point, and with the right message, in their patient journey is key to that connection.
Our research showed that patients want to make a connection with the physician that will be caring for them. That knowledge led our creative strategy. We wanted to put the caregivers out front, helping answer common patient questions and enabling a higher level of engagement across all media channels while introducing the physicians more directly. From social media ads, PPC, digital display ads, YouTube, TV, radio, website and beyond, we ramped up the level of engagement and targeted patients early in their patient journey.
This effort involved physician interviews, photo and video shoots, patient research and interviews, a targeted media strategy, SEO, retargeting, and more to deliver a comprehensive solution that not only increased patient traffic, but raised brand and physician awareness.
